[Schoolconsolidation] Latest from RPC

Here is the latest from the RPC.  The next meeting with RSU 57 is Monday,
August 6th at 7 pm at the Mildred L. Day School.  The next meeting with RSU
56 is August 15th at 7 pm at Saco Town Hall.  The school's website will be
updated to reflect this new information.
