Greetings everyone!

I just wanted to send out a quick message to let you know that this list is
up and running.  If you know of others who want to kept up to date please
forward them to the school's homepage or
http://www.arundelschool.net/consolidation for more information.

Just in case you were not aware there is a meeting next Monday, June 11th at
the Kennebunk Town Hall for anyone who wishes to attend this joint meeting
of the Arundel, SAD 71, and CSD 9 school boards.  This is a public meeting
where input is sought.

On the legislative front, the Appropriations committee has send a budget to
the full legislature.  They will most likely be bringing it up tomorrow when
the Senate is back in session.  The budget will require a 2/3rds vote at
this point so there will be a lot of action coming out of Augusta this week
in their attempt to have a budget settled prior to the end of the session
June 20th.

Despite what you may have heard or seen nothing permanent has been decided
yet!  Your input is going to be sought out.  Let your voice be heard.
