[Schoolconsolidation] School Choice

Prior to the budget plan's for consolidation school choice for high school
would be honored but they would be a financial penalty if more than 50% of
students went outside the "consolidated district".  Currently more than 50%
of Arundel students go to any one high school (depending on the final
consolidated district). At this time people are still pouring over the newly
signed legislation to find out these kinds of answers.

This question will be forwarded to the Superintendent and the School
Committee for their review.
