[Schoolconsolidation] Notes from Tonight's Meeting

It was really nice seeing all of the faces at tonight's meeting.  I will
work on typing up my notes from the meeting between now and the board
meeting tomorrow night.  I will be at the board meeting and will provide an
update for everyone.

I've attached the "lovely" documents that make up the act the governor
signed.  I will ask Maureen King to get an electronic copy of the documents
handed out tonight for your review.

Please do not take the discussion tonight as a done deal.  Jon Renell
clearly stated that Arundel will wait to find out how the financial
implications will play out before "signing on" with any school district.
